If you need your records quickly, the charge is $75 for a rush job, where we call and lean on the institution to get the records as quickly as possible. We are always at the mercy of the institution from which we are requesting, but we make every effort to speed up the process in this case.

Our goal is to get your order for records out within 24 hours of placement. We are continually building our database of copy services and requirements for each office and hospital. This helps us track the progress of a request to get it sent as fast as possible. Currently, we get 84% of records within 60 days. We have also added new tools that show us aging records to prevent any from falling through the cracks.
