We charge $55 for each record requested, unless there are no records found. That charge is $15. If records and bills come together and do not require a separate request, you pay only for the records. Radiology is $55 for up to 3 CDs. Every extra CD from that same institution is $10. Subpoenas (not work comp) are an extra $10.

Institution charges for records are always passed through without any markup and we never pay more than the fees established by the individual states.
