We make sure every request we make is not only HIPAA compliant, but also compliant with the institution from which we are requesting. By using our own authorization, we make sure that the verbiage is the latest acceptable. Some places require that their own forms be used, others require notarized releases, so we do our best to let you know these requirements whenever possible so we can save time getting what you need.

We have a dedicated server and allow only access from the USA and Canada to prevent breaches. Individual foreign IP addresses can be added on an as-needed basis.
